Roofing nails are used for roof installation: for fixing bitumen tiles and sheet metal, as well as for asphalt roofing. The points of these nails are sharp and tapered to prevent the wood from splitting when nailing. Roofing nails are coated with zinc and are more durable and rust resistant.
