In order to answer your question and save the evidence of communication (by implementing a legitimate interest to maintain effective communication and to avoid disputes related to service of persons), the Manager processes the following information that you provide:

  • The name, company’s name, telephone number, e-mail address and the submitted inquiry are processed by contacting through a self-serviced website. If you do not indicate this information, you will not be able to contact us when submitting the inquiry.
  • The e-mail address, the date, time and the content of the e-mail sent to the Manager are processed, by contacting through the e-mail address provided on the website.

Personal data provided together with your inquiries and further communication between you and the Manager are stored to the extent necessary to carry out a specific task and to ensure the implementation of the Manager’s rights.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Video surveillance is being carried out in the territories and premises of the Manager’s office at Žlibinai road 8, Glaudžiai village, Plungė district. The purpose of the surveillance is to ensure the safety of the Manager’s property and employees. The legal basis for processing these data – a legitimate interest of the Manager to prevent damage, which the Manager would incur in case of lost property or failure to ensure the safety of the employees.

Sections of territories and premises under surveillance are marked with visual means, visible before entering the field of surveillance.

The period of surveillance records storage depends on the technical parameters of a specific video recording device. Videos are stored from 3 to 6 months; the specific period of storage depends on the technical parameters of a separate video recording device.

PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYEMENT

The Manager processes all personal data, provided by persons who wish to work in the Manager’s company, only for the purpose of employee selection and employment, having a legitimate interest to evaluate the suitability of the candidate to perform the desired work.

The Manager can collect and process all other publicly available data of the candidate, i.e. to search information on the internet, to check social network profiles of the candidate (for example, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and etc., in addition to data provided by the person, who wishes to be employed in the Manager’s company, for the purposes of selection and employment. The Manager also may address previous employers indicated by the candidate in his/her curriculum vitae (CV) and to request information on the qualification, professional skills and characteristics of the candidate.

The Manager stores the data, provided by the candidate and collected independently, of the candidate, participating in the Manager’s selection for a particular position, for 4 months from the end of the specific selection of an employee. The period of personal data storage is extended only upon receiving a separate consent of the candidate. In case of failure to receive the consent for storing personal data of the candidate for more than 4 months after the end of the selection, all personal data of the candidate (provided by the candidate and collected by the Manager) are destroyed at the end of this period.

The rights to familiarize and request correction of personal data are implemented by submitting a written request to the Manager’s office or via e-mail address info@litnaglis.com (if a signed request is submitted via e-mail).
By submitting the request to familiarize with video data, the data subject has to indicate the section of the Manager’s territories and/or premises, which he/she has visited, as well as the date and time of the visit.
The right to request the Manager to limit the processing of personal data until the accuracy of the personal data is checked and it is determined whether interest of the data subject, disagreeing with the processing of personal data, override the Manager’s interests, and in cases when personal data are processed illegally but the data subject does not agree with deletion of such dataThis right is implemented by submitting a written request to the Manager’s office or via e-mail address info@litnaglis.com (if a signed request is submitted via e-mail). If the request is reasonable, the processing of personal data is limited within 5 business days from the day of receiving the request.
The right to data transferabilityThis right is implemented by submitting a written request to the Manager’s office or via e-mail address info@litnaglis.com (if a signed request is submitted via e-mail). If the request is reasonable, the Manager submits your personal data in a machine-readable format to you or your indicated data manager not later than within 30 days from the day of receiving the request.

The Manager of the data deletes the relevant personal data or refuses to satisfy the request and indicates in writing the reasons for the refusal not later than within 30 days from the day of receiving the request.
The right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authorityThis right is implemented by submitting the complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate with regard to the Manager’s actions related to the processing of your personal data.

If you are implementing your rights by submitting a written request to the Manager’s office by the registered post, it is necessary to submit the copy of a personal identification document (a passport, identity card) certified by a notary together with the request.
