VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Video surveillance is being carried out in the territories and premises of Manager’s office at Žlibinai road 8, Glaudžiai village, Plungė district. The purpose of the surveillance is to ensure the safety of Manager’s property and employees. The legal basis for processing these data – is the legitimate interest of the Manager to prevent damage, which the Manager would incur in case of lost property or failure to ensure the safety of the employees.
Sections of territories and premises under surveillance are marked with visual means, visible before entering the field of surveillance.
The period of surveillance records storage depends on the technical parameters of a specific video recording device. Videos are stored from 3 to 6 months; the specific period of storage depends on the technical parameters of a separate video recording device.
Your rights, related to the processing of personal data, are determined in clause PROCEDURE OF RIGHTS IMPLEMENTATION of the privacy policy.
PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT
The Manager processes all personal data, provided by persons who wish to work in Manager’s company, only for the purpose of employee selection and employment, having a legitimate interest to evaluate the suitability of the candidate to perform the desired work.
The Manager can collect and process all other publicly available data of the candidate, i.e. search for information on the internet, check the social network profiles of the candidate (for example, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and etc., in addition to data provided by the person, who wishes to be employed in Manager’s company, for the purposes of selection and employment. The Manager also may address previous employers indicated by the candidate in his/her curriculum vitae (CV) and request information on the qualification, professional skills, and characteristics of the candidate.
The Manager stores the data, provided by the candidate and collected independently, of the candidate, participating in Manager’s selection for a particular position, for 4 months from the end of the specific selection of an employee. The period of personal data storage is extended only upon receiving separate consent from the candidate. In case of failure to receive consent for storing the personal data of the candidate for more than 4 months after the end of the selection, all personal data of the candidate (provided by the candidate and collected by the Manager) are destroyed at the end of this period.
